[PATCH] Romanian translation

[Claudiu Olteanu]

Hi there,

I wanted to improve the Romanian package because it had poor coverage (40%)
so I decided to reserve some time for that.

I am not sure if the patch will be applied but I created one. I already
uploaded the
translation file on Transifex platform.

I hope that someone will find this useful.
