cmake and Subsurface builds

Um - is that a folder in which you have built Subsurface before with
qmake?

This is just a mix of old and new files.

You should have one after running build.sh FROM THE LATEST GIT MASTER.
scripts/build.sh was updated to use cmake yesterday, before that it used
qmake
