Patch to support libmarblewidget-qt5

I would love it if Fedora just dropped Subsurface instead.

The user experience using upstream Marble and upstream libdivecomputer is
just inconsistent with what the user gets when using our binaries.

Given that this is open source software I can of course not tell you what
to do, but it would be the preference of the Subsurface team if Fedora no
longer included the package.
