[PATCH] Do gas switches even when starting from below the MOD of the bottom gas

Hi,
this fixes a bug that is somewhat embarrassing since it has to be there forever and nobody found it so far: When planning a dive where the manually entered stops were below the MOD of the “deepest” gas, the planner would not do any gas changes at all since it would constantly try to switch to this deepest gas and find that there is no need to do so since we are already breathing it. Solved by swapping a } and —gi.
Best
Robert
PS: I found it quite curious that git complains to the miscapitalized
git format-Patch HEAD^
fatal: cannot handle format-Patch as a builtin
rather than with the usual “… is not a git command”.
