[GSoC] Week 11 - Native Bluetooth support

Hello,

Here is a short report about the last week:
- finished the implementation of data transfer for Windows platforms
- created 3 new environments for testing the solution (Windows Xp SP2,
Windows 7, Windows 10)
- tested the solution with my HW OSTC devices on 7 different environments:
- Lenovo Y50 (OS: Windows 8.1)
- Lenovo Y510p (OSes: Windows 8.1, Windows 7 (VM), Windows XP SP2 (VM),
Windows 10 (VM))
- Acer Aspire One D260 (OS: Windows 7)
- Dell Latitude e5430 (OS: Windows 8.1)

This week I want to :
- create and send the patches for review
- update the user manual documentation
- potential bug fixing
