VPM-B - Description

Hi, here is the article describing the algorithm in the form I've
implemented, It doesn't provide the full derivation of the equations
or 100% description of the theory but rather a intuitive look at the
algorithm itself.
The paper probably will be corrected but I would like to already know
if anyone of you has some suggestions about it or sees any obvious
mistakes.
