Nope, that one relies on the restructuring of the preferences dialog which
happened after the cmake restructuring which implied the massive move of
things around.

I'll instead revert the NSIS change as that now no longer qualifies as
"self contained, clear improvement".

Turns out the heartbeat fix was already in the branch.
