beginning of the iOS cross compile

So, this is a very very early stage of a cross compile suite for iOS, it
still don't do a lot of things, it tries to compile the sqlite, but I
realized that I should send my patches earlier than trying to make
everything work.

I have no experience on iOS
I have no experience in cross compile

help is appreciated.
