I'm glad you were able to reproduce it.

I think I may have another hint on why it takes two login attempts to
get the dive list to download.  I noticed that when I put in my
password the first character was shown as a "spot" but the remaining
characters displayed in plain text.  When I revisited the cloud
credentials page the whole password was shown as "spots" and toggled
correctly.  I'm not sure if there is any significance to the first
character vs. all characters but it seems a little too coincidental.
