[PATCH] Subsurface-mobile: Add 9-patch splash images

Having set up an Android build environment, and inspired by Miika's splash
screen, I thought I might as well do something worthwhile.

Using the splash images in this commit, the splash screen should not be
distorted.  Please test.  It works on my device, so must be right.
