[PATCH] user-manual bugs #827 and #828

Subject: [PATCH] User-manual update: bugs #827 and #828.

This patch responds to bugs #827 and #828.
A section om multicylinder dives has been added.
Just to warm LongJohnSilver's heart, a short section on pSCR has been added.
Please feel free to add to the pSCR section, LongJohn.
Replaced the sidemount figure with obsolete mean depth line.

There are many remaining screenshots with the obsolete mean depth line in red,
but this will take time to work through since it requires substantial image processing.
Will possibly not make all of them before V4.4.1 but within the next week or so.
