[PATCH] Update user-manual images

We want to get rid of the dreaded red line.
This gets rid of some of the last Ubuntu screenshots.

IMPORTANT. This patch does NOT affect any of the translations of the 
manual.

All the image names were kept as they were before, so the translated manual
should come out with the new images correctly.
