v4.4-branch

I just pushed the things that I have lined up for 4.4.1 to the
v4.4-branch. If there are any changes that I'm missing, any translations
that are coming, anything else that I should know, please let me know.

This takes a couple of bugfixes (CCR/OC issue, unintended tag editing, GPS
coordinates, XSLT fixes and better support for ADP logfiles) plus user
manual updates, but leaves the newer, more experimental code out (undo,
remote git, UI work by Tomaz).
