I'm worried about making a daily build available at the usual spot because
if people who aren't actively following the list pick one up this could
cause problems.

But I'll create a windows installer for you and put it somewhere. Give me
a few minutes

That's where the idea with tags is so appealing. You don't want a country
tag? Don't have one. Easy.

Lake Constance. Mediterranean Sea. Red Sea. Blight Water.

You have this totally backwards. You and Henrik are the two strongest
voices from our users. Henrik sends the occasional patch, you don't, but
that's irrelevant in this context.

We desperately need more of you. Thomas sometimes speaks up, a couple of
others. But most everyone on this list is silent. Silence doesn't help
me.

Someone who strongly argues with me and disagrees and pushes back - that's
what helps me. So no, you are not out of place and there's no need to
apologize. You are doing me a HUGE favor by helping me improve my ideas.
