I suspect that the most important impediment is the way of logging po2
and uploading PSCR dive logs. From the little bit I know of these
systems it appears they do not have a large amount of electronics that
would allow dive logging (e.g. Halcyon RB80).

Is my perception correct at all? I imagine one could use a Shearwater
dive computer to log po2??
