Counterlung ratio is 1:10, 8:1 is the real expected ratio in water due
to mask clearing, ascent flush...

Unfortunately it's in Italian but you can easily translate with google:

I was taught to use factory counterlung ratio.

Of course 0,20 0,21 is the safe limit neverthless a lot of tables
reports both limits. As 90% of info displayed by Subsurface they
should be used with a grain of salt and from trained people.
