User-manual viewer: hot keys

The only hotkeys we implement are Ctrl/Command-F for search, and
Ctrl/Command-W & Ctrl/Command-Q to close the manual or app.

I believe they are still broken on Mac for reasons I don't understand.

Any other hotkeys would come from the underlying Qt widget that we use.
