We did that and got LOTS of complaints from people who got 5 or 6
cylinders from their dive computer.

It's too late to change this for 4.4 (I really want to release 4.4 next
week and there's way too much risk that messing with this could break
things right now). But I think we should just change it as I indicated
above after 4.4 is out.
