dive plans for testing

Excellent, guys! This is really helpful.

I am trying to find time to write a plan test module. Right now the
planner ends in an infinite loop (well, when I aborted the clock showed
that the dive had gone on for several days). So I need to fiddle with
setting up the planner correctly.

But my goal is to
a) add the data you kindly sent to our git repository as sample plans
b) have infrastructure in place that allows us to test our plan in an
automated way so we notice when things break
