build fails: -DSSRF_CUSTOM_SERIAL / dc_serial_t

alright,

if i don't use -DSSRF_CUSTOM_SERIAL and revert back before
14d95a03ec2d37 (the libdc commit that adds the extra 'frog' argument
to hw_ostc_parser_create()) i can build.
but i doubt this is the correct solution!
