Love the subsurface program.
I bought a Suunto Zoop cable from Amazon: "USB download DIY cable Suunto
Zoop Vyper Vytec Mosquito HelO2 works with Subsurface and Dive Log"
at Amazon link
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SYZIJXI?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00
Sold by a Bulgarian firm, at Amazon link

It works on Windows 7, but not on Linux mint 17.1. Linux loads the cable
driver as a ch341-uart:

In Linux subsurface reports "error reading device"
Maybe the ch341 driver is at fault?
Thanks,
Greg
