I like what Tomaz and you have done, it makes senseless the previous discusion.

A pair of issues:
1.-  When selecting the site from autocompletion (the one marked with
"+" and with the name completed), the text field don't completes.  The
text field is completed if you select one of the names marked with the
globe or tagged "pick existing ..." (if it hasn't GPS position).
2.- In a brand new log (no previous data) is possible to create
infinite divepoints with the same GPS position and different names.
Well, not an issue, just an oddity i couldn't reproduce in preexisting
divelogs, where the new name replaces the old one.  Not a big problem,
just for the record.

I will try a little more tomorrow.
