Ctrl-+ and Qt5.5

That's an upstream bug.

All Ctrl+Shift shortcuts stopped working in 5.5, such as Qt Creator's Ctrl+<.

I tried to debug this during the Qt Contributor Summit but didn't get 
anywhere.
