Re-enable location editing

Very early work, don`t get excited.
Right now you can select the dive_site for your dive, this patches makes it
so you can also edit the dive_site.

note that the editing works but if you edit the name it will not change on
the dive as soon you click on accept() because I didn`t refreshed the
dialog. this will be fixed in the next few commits.
