apparently, i completely missed the INSTALL and build.sh factors for
an obvious reason - i don't use them.
so some questions:

- how do you folks install Grantlee on Linux and do you want us to
document - building from source?
- should we in the meantime add -DNO_PRINTING=1 to build.sh?
