That's interesting since we manually repopulate them. Should be reasonably
easy to debug (famous last words)

Excellent - that always makes it easier to grasp an issue.

Yes, both Tomaz and I have been banging our heads against the zoom bug. It
seems so easy and straight forward when I think about it, but somehow the
implementation is entirely non-trivial because of the time it takes Marble
to do the "flying" from one location to another.
