If there is a gas change without a stop, say, we askend to 9m, change to
EAN80 and then continue further to 6m, the change should be displayed at 9m
rather than at 6: so there, the condition is that there is a change of
gases _after_ the segment (and not before as for stops). That is the
problem.

I think to accomplish this, we need to consider a gaschange-on-the-run as a
zero minute segment. I do no think it is correct to have the change on the
ascent leg up to the change depth, as that would imply switching gas deeper
than the MOD.
