Grantlee Win32 error: 'grantlee_defaulttags' not found

i've tried using:
grantleEngine->addPluginPath(QCoreApplication::applicationDirPath());

and it doesn't work.

also, here, i do see an old patch that makes Grantlee auto-search for
the plugins in ../lib relative to the executable path:

which seems weird, since if the distributed application is in
"c:\program files\myapp", "c:\program files\lib" makes no sense.
