We have an IRC channel on Freenode (http://http://freenode.net/ <http://http//freenode.net/>)
You can simply join it via a web interface (or you can use an actual IRC client). But for just a quick chat usually https://webchat.freenode.net/ <https://webchat.freenode.net/> is sufficient.

Yes, that's the important part I forgot to mention. You HAVE to make a change and save it to trigger an export.
