GSOC Program

Hello,
i hope every thing is right, i'm student at faculty of computer Science and
information technology.
i read some of projects idea and Knowledge Prerequisite and i saw that i
can participate in the program but i don't know how i start to be mentored
or what should i do to get involved into the program and submit
a good proposal.

can anyone help me:)
