GSoC 2015 student submission window is open

Hello to all potential GSoC candidates.

Here's a quick reminder... we would like every student to read through our
documents online, a good place to start is here:

Espeially look at 

http://trac.subsurface-divelog.org/wiki/SOC%20Application%20Template

and look at the TASKS section of that document.

It lists the things you should do when considering sending a proposal for
Subsurface. And those include

1) understand our contribution guidelines
2) build Subsurface from source
3) submit 2 patches
4) introduce yourself on the mailing list


I have seen only a handful of students fulfill these requirements so far.
That's quite disappointing...
