for low volume, I suggest a sensor with integrated amplifier and
temperature compensation like the Serie 23 SY from Keller
http://www.keller-druck.ch/home_g/paprod_g/23y_25y_g.asp
It may also be available with the correct HP port although no mentioned
in the datasheet.
