[PATCH] Add Bluetooth download to FAQ

Attached is a patch adding Bluetooth downloading to the FAQ, based
around my experiences with the Shearwater Petrel 2.  Can you please
check it makes sense, and does not make any silly suggestions?

In particular, I have said that RFCOMM channel 0 is used by the Petrel
1 (based on Rodrigo's script
http://lists.subsurface-divelog.org/pipermail/subsurface/2015-April/018862.html)
and OSTC Sport (Anton's advice).  I haven't tested these.  It'd be
great if anyone can add more dive computers to the list. Predator?
Other OSTCs?

I tried to use reasonable formatting and markup, but I don't know how
to test a Wordpress page, so I probably missed something.
