Moved tons of models around.

People,

Usually we kept all our models inside the models.h with quite a few
exceptions, and as the software is growing, and new platforms being taken
into account, 'Im moving them to the folder qt-models.

This patch series breaks a few things that I'm aware of ( all of them are
marked with TODO: so anyone that can help me fix it is higly encoraged to
do so ).

This makes easy to create new models ( smaller examples to look around
instead of a huge 2.5k file ) and also is a necessary step to share code
between the mobile version of subsurface and the desktop version.
