Move models to qt-models

[Tomaz Canabrava]

This series of patches are to help the creation of a centralized place
where to put models, and also to help develop the mobile version of
subsurface, and I hope, also to ease the development of the new print
module since it's now a bit easyer to look for the current existing models.

on unrelated news, I found out today that a friend of mine just died, so if
anyone wanna help me on the TODO's that I'v put on a few of this commits,
I'd appreciate - since this introduces some new bugs ( that are all
documented in the TODOs that I'v put in the code. )

My head is a bit foggy today.
