That sounds like your MUA is broken. The message-id of the parent thread members
is in the mail, regardless of wether your are Cc'ed or not.

Right now we don't really know how much Subsurface-mobile gets tested
and how wide a variety of devices. That's one thing that I want to look into
as well, but I got distracted yesterday and didn't make as much progress
as I wanted to.
