dive location database?

Now that there is a cloud backend, has anyone considered having an opt-in
database of dive locations, conditions and dive profiles.

It would save lots of time entering dive locations, and it could even be
used for data analysis. If the data was more structured it could even be
used for long term ocean health and climate data?
