Subsurface app for iOS

It was built but failed to run: LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error
-10810 for the file ~/src/subsurface/build/Subsurface.app

Dirk, when I was asking about mobile application - I meant .pro file that
can be opened by QtCreator.
