Well, I can only answer partly. (I only see an untraslated string,
even though Transifex is not able to show it to me)

Basically you can change all the shortcuts to your liking. Or do what
I did (as I am lazy and haven't even looked at the UI in Finnish) just
skip the shortcuts. However, I would suggest you select the shortcut
letter to fit your language and ensure that is unique in the
menu/dialog.
