how come the fonts are different

i can't reproduce that on Win7 with or without 12% fonts and i've
never seen it on any OS.

it could be that the header height is set to a smaller value for
"Weight" and the font auto-scales to fit.
could be a Win10 specific issue in Qt...

i'm not sure.
