[PATCH] User manual: Preferences panels.

Six of the images in the text describing the Preferences are replaced
to reflect the latest code.

One additional image is added, describing georeferencing.

The text of the user manual is updated to reflect the new images.
Many typos and grammatical features are corrected or improved.
