[PATCH] increase cloud connection timeout

Hi guys,

I am on the remote atoll of Rangiroa and the cloud is failing me!
Basically, a ping to subsurface-divelog.org takes 720 ms, therefore
connecting to the cloud storage server always timeouts.

With the attach tweak, things work again. Perhaps in the general case
that's too long to wait, so I'd understand if this does not make it to
master, but I still wanted to share this potential issue here.
