Nightly Subsurface AppImage for most Linux distributions

Thanks. The AppImage is now down to 56.5 MB.

Built on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (precise).

Also updated the recipe to always fetch the latest Qt by grepping
through http://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/linux_x64/desktop/qt5_55/Updates.xml
- does anyone know an official way?
