[PATCH] user manual update: 2nd attempt

Subject: [PATCH 2/2]     [PATCH] User manual updates.

     1) Put table of contents as a column on the left-hand side of the page
        instead of as part of the user manual text.
     2) Correct a some typoss.
     3) Add three sentences to the Bluetooth download section to deal with
        Bluetooth Pass Codes.

This time I checked the patch file before submitting.......

I would highly appreciate some feedback about the way the table of 
contents has been
arranged. I have no idea whether this will appeal to the usual user of 
the manual. I cannot
find a way to adjust the width of the column containing the table of 
contents. If this arrangement
is acceptable, I will shorten some of the headings where possible.
