Same answer I gave Guillaume. This one's entirely my fault. I'll fix this for Beta 2

Gehad mentioned that he is working on these issues but had time constraints for a couple of weeks. If someone else would like to look into these (Lubomir certainly knows the code well) I would appreciate that.
