Grantlee on Mac

I need to do some more testing, as usual I ran out of time.
My current feeling is that building Grantlee against the 10.7 SDK gets me non-working binaries.
The same compiler against the 10.9 SDK appears to work. 
But as I said, this needs more investigation before I can be sure.
