it could certain conditions that make the WINAPI spinbox broken from
Qt - e.g. being an overlay or being too big.
i suggest reorganizing the UI layout until it works for the problem
versions of Windows and submitting a Qt bug with a screenshot (i would
like to see that screenshot as well).

BTW i can't get cloud storage to become enabled (Open/Save) in the File menu.
