***Spam*** [PATCH] User manual update: Location management

Attached a much cleaner patch than the last one I sent. I went back to 
my git repository, started from an earlier version and this is much more 
what I intend.

This means PLEASE ignore the last similar patch that was not clean at all.

Subject: [PATCH 3/3] [PATCH] Updage manual: Location management

1) Replace 5 images in the manual to reflect latest GUI
2) Add section dealing with location management (nominally within 
paragraph 5.2.4)
3) Delete duplicate section dealing with entering dive data by hand where
    hand-entering a dive and entering a DC-downloaded dive are almost 
identical
