I looked again over your logs and I noticed that when it tries to connect
it ends with an UnknownSocketError error.
Apparently there is a bug in libdivecomputer.c source (line 944).

If it fails to open the device using our custom implementation, it tries to
open it with the old implementation. And this will lead to some problems.

I will try to fix that tonight.
