Failed to parse while importing CSV file

Huh,
It looks like it sometime works.
Let's be more systematic.
- I start Surface
- I create a new log book
- Import log file
- Select my new (included) file
- Drag the Notes headers to the notes column (why is it not recognized, btw)
- I Switch the duration to Minutes
- Click OK

-> The status bar shows a message saying:
Failed to parse '..../plongee.csv'

included are a couple of screenshots and the new file.
